Inspiring You Care Staff Team
Our staff team possess great experience in caring for, safeguarding and creating Positive Outcomes for the children who come to live in our homes. We have a highly trained, skilled staff team that has the knowledge and dedication to work with children who present with challenging behaviour or in a crisis situation, to help them create their own best possible outcomes and achieve their dreams.
All staff are at least qualified to NVQ level 3 or 4 in residential childcare, or working towards this. Management are required to be level 5 qualified in Leadership & Management of Residential Childcare, or working towards this. We provide support and protected time to our staff to complete these, along with mandatory training that is required during the induction period, then refreshed periodically.
